At ImmBoo, we ensure fast and convenient delivery of your orders. We ship your ordered goods via reputable courier companies: UPS or InPost. The method you choose depends on your preferences and availability, and we always provide you with detailed information in your order confirmation. This ensures safe delivery directly to your specified address.
What are ImmBoo's delivery options?
We offer two main delivery methods to suit your needs:
- UPS Courier : Ideal for those who value fast door-to-door delivery. Your shipment is delivered directly to your door, and you can track its status online if necessary.
- InPost Courier : A convenient option with redirection to a parcel locker or pickup point. This is a great solution for those who aren't always at home – pick up your parcel at a time and place convenient for you.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs depend on the chosen method and order value. We strive to make them as attractive as possible, including free shipping options.
InPost delivery costs:
- For orders up to PLN 250: PLN 14.
- For orders over PLN 250: PLN 0 (free delivery).
UPS shipping costs:
- From 10 PLN to 25 PLN, depending on the order value. The exact amount will be provided when placing the order.
Thanks to the free delivery threshold above PLN 250 (for InPost), you can save on shipping by ordering more products.
What should I do if I am not home during delivery?
In case of delivery by UPS courier Someone must be home to receive the package. If no one is home, the courier will leave a delivery note (although the absence of a delivery note does not mean no delivery attempt was made). You then have several options:
- Pick up your shipment in person at your nearest UPS location.
- Order another delivery to your address – the first such delivery is free of charge.
- The deadline for collection is 3 days, counting from the day following notification.
This simple solution provides flexibility and minimizes inconvenience.
How do I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your package:
- For UPS: Enter the number on UPS.com to check the current status in real time.
- For InPost: Use the InPost.pl app or website, where you will find all the details.
